SABMiller plc was notified on 3 July 2014 that Mr J S Wilson, a director, had on 2 July 2014
exercised options to purchase 3,623 SABMiller ordinary shares at an option price of £8.28 per
share, 13,000 SABMiller ordinary shares at an option price of £19.51 per share and 64,387
SABMiller ordinary shares at an option price of £22.495 per share.
62,301 ordinary shares in the Company were subsequently sold at a price of £33.9775 per
share on 2 July 2014 in London to meet income tax and national insurance liabilities.
