CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the further cautionary announcement published by the Company on SENS
on 31 March 2014 and are advised that GoGlobal has discontinued discussions with parties for the
acquisition of properties in Germany.
Shareholders are further advised that GoGlobal is in discussions with parties for the acquisition of a
portfolio of properties in Germany, United Kingdom and Switzerland to be acquired in exchange for
shares in GoGlobal.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their GoGlobal
shares until a further announcement is made.
