WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the detailed cautionary announcement dated 23 May 2014.
The Company confirms that Phab Properties Proprietary Limited (“Phab Properties”)
subscribed for 400 000 shares at 50 cents amounting to R200 000 but loan funding was
not secured by Phab Properties for the balance of the subscription. Phab Properties and
Visual remain committed to working together in the future and will be exploring property
development opportunities within the Phab Holdings Proprietary Limited (“Phab”) group.
Phab is a black owned women’s group with interests in construction, media, finance and
mining.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the cautionary announcement is withdrawn.
