NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
ordinary shareholders will be held at the company’s offices,
2029 Old Mill Road, Canelands, Verulam, 4319 on 10:00 Friday, 26
September 2014, to transact business as stated in the notice of
the annual general meeting.
The record date of shareholders to be recorded as such in the
securities register of the Company in order to be able to
attend, participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
