CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Linked unitholders are advised that independent non-executive director Robert Robinson has, with effect from
4 July 2014, resigned from the board of directors of Redefine to pursue other property projects and property
investment opportunities, which may give rise to a potential conflicts of interest in the future if he were to remain on
the board.
Redefine wishes to thank Robert for his contribution to the company during his period of service and wishes him well
in his future endeavours.
