RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of CMH announced today that M (Maldwyn)
Zimmerman, a non-executive director, has tendered his
resignation with immediate effect.
Zimmerman served as chairman of CMH from its inception in 1976
to October 2013, when he was succeeded by JTM (John) Edwards.
The Board congratulated him on his retirement and thanked him
for his valuable contribution over an extended period.
APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors announced today that II (Issy)
Zimmerman has been appointed a non-executive director of the
Company with immediate effect. This appointment will be
placed before shareholders for approval at CMH’s next annual
general meeting, scheduled for May 2015.
