RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Mr Gary C. Clarke has resigned as company secretary of
the JSE, with effect from 8 July 2014. Mr Clarke has served the JSE as
company secretary for more than twelve years and the Board wishes to
place on record its thanks for his commitment and dedicated service, not
only as company secretary but in other roles within the JSE.
In the interim, Mr Graeme A. Brookes will act in the position of company
secretary. At its next meeting in August 2014, the Board will confirm an
appointment to fill the vacancy in the office of company secretary.
