OFFER TO CREDITORS AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements released on SENS, the last of which
was released on 27 May 2014, in respect of the provisional winding up of BioScience. As
previously announced, the return date had been extended to 6 August 2014.
A third party has made an offer to creditors, which is subject to suspensive conditions
which BioScience is engaged in complying with.
Under the circumstances shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in the company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
The listing of the company’s shares on the JSE Limited will remain suspended.
