Intu Properties plc (the “Company”) - Director/PDMR Shareholding
Further to the announcement released in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R on 16 June 2014 and the
subsequent conversion of the 3.75% Perpetual Subordinated Convertible Bonds and related issue
of 42,394,779 Ordinary Shares of 50p in the Company (the "New Shares") on 7 July 2014, the
Company confirms that John Whittaker’s total beneficial shareholding is now 294,677,452
Ordinary Shares of 50p which represents 22.47% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.
The New Shares are subject to an equitable charge as security for an interest bearing loan made
available to Peel Chapel Holdings (IOM) Limited (initially notified to the market on 3 February
2011).
