DISPOSAL OF THE BUSINESS OF HILFORT PLASTICS CAPE TOWN
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on
18 June 2014 in which they were advised that Astrapak had entered into an agreement with Boxmore
Plastics SA (Proprietary) Limited ("the Purchaser"), in terms of which Astrapak would dispose of its
Hilfort Plastics Cape Town business to the Purchaser ("the Transaction").
Shareholders are advised that all suspensive conditions to the Transaction, including the requisite
approvals of relevant regulatory authorities, have now been met and that the effective date of the
Transaction is Monday, 14 July 2014 .
