DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF EMIRA PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, participatory interest holders are
advised that Absa Asset Management (Pty) Ltd has notified the Fund that accounts under its
management now represent a beneficial interest of 5,02% in the Fund.
