CHANGES TO THE FUNCTIONS OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby informed of the resignations
of Messrs Jikang Li and Barend van der Merwe as members of the audit
and risk committee of the Company (“Audit Committee”) with effect from
18 July 2014. Messrs Jikang Li and Barend van der Merwe will continue
to serve on the Wesizwe board of directors (“the Board”) and as members
of other sub-committees of the Board.
Wesizwe is in the process of appointing an independent nonexecutive director
to the Board to serve as a member of the Audit Committee in order to fill
the vacancy in the Audit Committee.
