SHARES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122 of the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of
the following:
Public Investment Corporation Limited (`PIC`) has notified the
Company that accounts under its management has increased its
holding in Hulamin from 14 046 086 to 16 388 366 shares.
Accordingly, PIC`s holding represents 5.128% of the voting rights
in the Company.
