DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE KIO SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for KUMBA IRON ORE LTD and that as a result
of the dividend declaration relating to KUMBA IRON ORE LTD (KIO) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 1561 cents per KIONII share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 18 August 2014. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC
credits were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 1326.85 cents per share instalment. The final
payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 08 August 2014. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 11 August 2014. The record date will be Friday, 15 August 2014.
KUMBA IRON ORE LTD's income tax number is 9586/481/15/3.
