Pursuant to the announcement published on SENS on 11 July 2014 containing the Audited
Provisional Consolidated Results for the year ended 28 February 2013 and Renewal of
Cautionary announcement, shareholders are hereby advised that Merchantec Proprietary
Limited acted as company secretary for the period under review but resigned after year end
and has attached the company secretarial records of the company as part of a dispute.
Accordingly, Annelise Cilliers has stepped in to assist on company secretarial functions
whilst the dispute is being resolved and until a new company secretary can officially be
appointed. The company is liaising with the JSE with regard to this situation.
