CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of Compu-Clearing (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Milton
Lutrin has resigned as a Non-Executive Director with effect from Wednesday, 23 July 2014,
to enable him to fulfil his other business commitments.
Mr Lutrin has been a director of the Company since its listing in 1998 and the Board would
like to thank him for his valuable contribution over the years.
