Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised
of the following changes in relation to the Company Secretary of
the Company:
1. Mr Donald Nieuwoudt has resigned as Company Secretary with
effect from 31 July 2014; and
2. Mr Nicholas Bofilatos has been appointed as the new Company
Secretary with effect from 1 August 2014.
