RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 25 JULY 2014
Shareholders are advised that at the 2014 Annual General Meeting of Investec Property Fund Limited
held on 25 July 2014, all the resolutions set out in the notice and proposed at the meeting, with
modifications and inclusive of the special resolution to ratify the allotment and issue of shares
undertaken by the directors of the Fund during the accelerated book build effected on 28 November
2013, were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions, to the extent required, will be submitted for filing with the Companies
and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
