RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the first annual general meeting of
shareholders held on Tuesday, 29 July 2014, all of the ordinary
resolutions and special resolutions as set out in the notice of
annual general meeting, as amended, were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders, with the exception of ordinary resolution
number 7, relating to the general but restricted authority to issue
shares for cash.
