At the general meeting held today, 29 July 2014, all the ordinary resolutions and
the special resolutions as set out in the notice of the annual general meeting to
shareholders dated 15 May 2014, were approved by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
The special resolutions, where appropriate, will be filed with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course
