DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 25 February
2014 in terms of which shareholders were advised of the
intention of Mr Richard Buttle to resign as Chief Financial
Officer with effect from 31 October 2014.
Accordingly, the Board of Directors of Metrofile Holdings is
pleased to advise that Mr Mark McGowan CA(SA) has been appointed
to the Metrofile Holdings Board as the Chief Financial Officer
with effect from 1 August 2014 in place of Richard Buttle, who
remains on the Board as an executive director until 31 October
2014.
