CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Mike Levitt (66) has retired as chief financial officer and resigned from the
board of Ellies. Irwin Lipworth (38) (CA (SA)) has been appointed to the board and as chief financial
officer.
Irwin has been group financial manager of Ellies since 2010, having initially become involved with the
company as its auditor and reporting accountant in 2007 when Ellies listed on the JSE. The board looks
forward to his success in this new role.
These changes take effect immediately, although Mike will remain available as an executive of the company
until 31 December 2014.
The board takes this opportunity to thank Mike for his contribution to the company over the past 18 years
and wishes him well in his retirement.
