Shareholders are hereby advised that Wasat has, with effect from 1 August 2014, restructured its
20.5% interest in the Company, such that its shareholding of 55 040 417 Metmar shares has been
disposed of to Borman Consulting and Investments (Pty) Limited (18,438,540 shares), Mr P K Gain
(16,586,688 shares), PK Gain Investment Holdings (Pty) Limited (1,851,852 shares) and Zwarte
Leeuw Investments (Pty) Limited (18,163,337 shares) (the “Restructuring”). The Restructuring has
no impact on the ultimate beneficial holders of the 20.5% interest in the Company.
