CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements Synergy hereby advises
unitholders that Mandy Ramsden has resigned from the Board of Directors of Synergy (“the Board”)
with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to thank Mandy for her valuable contribution as an Independent Non-Executive
Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Company.
The appointment of the new Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee will be announced in due
course.
