hereby advised of the following changes:
i) Mr William Somerville (“William”) of Corporate Statutory
Services has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company
with effect from 31 July 2014; and
ii) Statucor Proprietary Limited has been appointed as Company
Secretary of the Company with effect from 1 August 2014.
The board wishes to thank William for his services as Company
Secretary.
