RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”)
The AGM of Tradehold shareholders was held today, Monday,
4 August 2014. All the special and ordinary resolutions as set
out in the notice of AGM to shareholders, dated 27 May 2014,
were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
