THE ACQUISITION OF THE REMAINING SHARES IN LIBERTY HEALTH BECOMES UNCONDITIONAL
Shareholders are referred to the transaction announcement released on SENS on 9
July 2014, wherein the details of the acquisition of the remaining shares in
Liberty Health Holdings Proprietary Limited by Liberty Holdings were outlined.
Shareholders are hereby advised that Liberty Holdings has received unconditional
approval in terms of the Competition Act No 89 of 1998, therefore the outstanding
condition precedent to the transaction has been fulfilled. The transaction is
currently being implemented.
