CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
that David Harington has resigned as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and executive
director of StratCorp with effect from 4 August 2014. David will remain with the
Company until 31 October 2014 to ensure a smooth handover of his duties. The Board
wants to thank David for his contribution as founder and CEO of StratCorp and his
leadership during the period of more than 13 years and wishes him well in his
endeavours.
The Company has commenced the process to appoint a new CEO. Shareholders will be
advised of further developments as and when they occur. Henk Engelbrecht, who is
the current Group Financial Director (“GFD”) and executive director of StratCorp,
has been appointed by the Board as the acting CEO of StratCorp until such time that
a new CEO has been appointed. Henk will continue with his duties as GFD during this
period.
