In accordance with section 21.30 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that AfrAsia Corporate Finance (Pty) Ltd (“ACF”) has been
appointed as designated advisor of the Company with effect from 1 September 2014. This
appointment has been made in order to reduce the number of service providers to the
Company as ACF already acts as the Company’s corporate advisor.
