TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and regulation 121(2)(b) of the
Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Peregrine has received notification from
Old Mutual Investment Group Proprietary Limited (“OMIG”) of the disposal by OMIG (on behalf of its
clients), of Peregrine shares such that OMIG’s total beneficial interest (on behalf of its clients) is now
14,98% of Peregrine’s total issued ordinary shares, including treasury shares.
