RESIGNATION OF CHAIRMAN AND APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CHAIRPERSON
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, investors are hereby advised
that Ms Tembakazi Mnyaka resigned as Chairperson of the board of directors (the”Board”) of SANRAL with
effect from 30 July 2014.
The Board further welcomes the appointment by the minister of Transport of Ms Duduzile Nyamane, a
current board member, as SANRAL’s Acting Chairperson, with immediate effect.
The SANRAL Board would like to thank Ms Tembakazi Mnyaka for her contribution during her tenure as
Chairperson for the period that she served on the Board of SANRAL and would like to wish her success in all
her future endeavours.
