RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Board of Directors of Verimark (“the Board”) advises
that, at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held at
the registered offices of the Company today, all the
resolutions as set out in the notice of Annual General
Meeting contained in the Company's 2014 Integrated Annual
Report, were duly passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders present and voting, in person or by proxy.
