(“AGM”) and no change statement, that was released on SENS on Monday, 14 July 2014, wherein
Shareholders were advised of the venue for Sovereign’s fifteenth AGM.
The AGM, scheduled for Tuesday, 12 August 2014 at 10:00, will now be held at the Paxton Hotel,
