DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MTN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MTN GROUP LTD and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to MTN GROUP LTD (MTN) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 445 cents per MTNNIK share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 01 September 2014. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. STC credits utilized
equate to 0.303223 cents per share instalment. This results in a net dividend of 378.29548 cents per
share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 22 August 2014. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 25 August 2014. The record date will be Friday, 29 August 2014.
