Notice is hereby given of the proposed distribution dates relating to OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML) as
relating to the Share Instalment Trust.
The last day to trade cum proposed distribution is Thursday, 18 September 2014. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex proposed distribution from Friday, 19 September 2014. The
record date will be Friday, 26 September 2014. Payment date is Friday, 31 October 2014. The
proposed rate is yet to be announced.
