DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1)
of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Sanlam
Investment Management Proprietary Limited (“Sanlam”) has notified Hudaco
that it has disposed of a beneficial interest in ordinary shares of the
company on behalf of its clients, such that the total beneficial interest
of Hudaco securities held by Sanlam is now 4.93% of the total issued Hudaco
securities.
