Suspension of Warrants Referencing African Bank Investments Limited
The JSE wishes to refer to the media statement released by the South African Reserve Bank on 10 August 2014
relating to developments pertaining to African Bank Limited and the further SENS announcement by African
Bank Investments Limited.
In light of these developments, the JSE wishes to confirm that it has acceded to the Company's request to
suspend all the securities issued by it on the JSE.
In addition, the JSE wishes to confirm that the following securities which reference the aforementioned
instruments have also been suspended:
1. ABL NIH
2. ABL SBG
3. ABLSTL
4. ABLSBF
5. ABLSBH
This announcement has been released by the JSE in the interest of investors.
