TRP121 : NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”) and
regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, shareholders are informed
that Sappi received the following notification on 11 August 2014 :
- acquisition of shares by Dimensional Fund Advisors LP (“DFA”), on behalf of their
segregated clients, such that DFA’s total beneficial interest in the Company as of
6 August 2014 has increased to 5% of the issued capital of the Company.
