Shareholders of Metair (“Shareholders”) are advised that Mutlu Aku, Metair's recently acquired
Turkish subsidiary, is still listed on the Borsa Istanbul and will be publishing its results for the second
quarter ended 30 June 2014, today.
Shareholders are referred to the Mutlu website, www.mutlu.com.tr or the Capital Markets Board of
Turkey’s disclosure platform at www.kap.gov.tr/en/home/aspx where the aforementioned publication
will be made available.
