CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of Directors (“the
Board”) of Blue announced today that Mr. Shaun Strydom has
resigned as non-executive director. The resignation is
effective from Friday, 8 August 2014.
The Board would like to thank Shaun for his invaluable
contribution, vision and leadership during his tenure and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
