EXTENSION OF RETURN DATE AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements released on SENS, the last of which
was released on 9 July 2014, in respect of the provisional winding up of BioScience.
The Gauteng Division, Pretoria, of the High Court of South Africa extended the return date
of the rule nisi to 30 September 2014.
Under the circumstances shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in the company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
The listing of the company’s shares on the JSE Limited will remain suspended.
