CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby informed that Mr. Barend van
der Merwe (“Mr. Van der Merwe”) has resigned from his position as a
non-executive director of the board of directors of Wesizwe (“the Board”)
with effect from Monday, 11 August 2014.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Van der Merwe for his contributions to
the Company.
