RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Sovereign shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that at the annual general meeting (“AGM”) of
Shareholders held today, with the exception of ordinary resolution number 7 (re-issue of repurchased
shares), which was withdrawn prior to the commencement of the meeting, all the ordinary and special
resolutions set out in the notice of AGM and tabled for voting, were passed by the requisite majority of
Shareholders present or represented by proxy.
