TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably
certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on next
will differ by more than 20% from those of the previous corresponding
period.
Shareholders are hereby advised that a reasonable degree of certainty
exists that the earnings per share for the six months ended 30 June 2014 is
expected to be between 212 and 215 cents per share (2013: 23 cents per
share). Headline earnings per share is expected to be between 212 and 215
cents per share (2013: 22 cents per share).
The information contained in this trading statement has not been reviewed
or reported on by the Company's external auditors. R&E expects to release
its financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2014 on or about 18
August 2014.
