TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 and Regulation 121(2)(b) of the
Companies Act Regulations, 2011, linked unitholders are advised that Ascension has received notification from
Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“Coronation”) of the acquisition by Coronation (on behalf of its
clients) of Ascension A-linked units, such that Coronation’s total beneficial interest (on behalf of its clients)
is now 52.68% of Ascension’s issued A-linked units.
