Nedbank Limited hereby gives notice that trading in the following Credit-Linked Notes issued under
The Nedbank Bank Limited ZAR15 000 000 000 Credit-Linked Note Programme have been
suspended:
1. ZAR25,000,000 Credit Linked Notes due 25 January 2016 (Stock Code Number NCLN65; ISIN
ZAG000083585 issued on 25 January 2011 ("NCLN65 CLNs"); and
2. ZAR30,000,000 Credit Linked Notes due 13 July 2016 (Stock Code Number NCLN67; ISIN
ZAG000087099 issued on 13 July 2011 ("NCLN67 CLNs").
