The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited has agreed with all of
the Noteholders of CLN351, CLN352, CLN356 and CLN357 (the
“Notes”) to delist the entire issue of each of the Notes and has
accordingly requested the JSE Limited, which request has been
approved, that the Notes be de-listed effective 15 August 2014.
