Monty Kaplan has retired from the board of Prescient Limited with effect from Friday, 15 August 2014.
Furthermore, Zane Meyer will act as lead independent non-executive director with immediate effect. Zane
Meyer was appointed as independent non-executive director to the board on 10 July 2012 and is chairman of
the Audit Committee and chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
