RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to previous cautionary announcements dated 8 May 2014 and
the subsequent renewal included in the Company’s results of Annual General Meeting
released on 4 July 2014 wherein it was advised that the exploratory drilling on three
mining blocks of the Company’s Rooderand asset had begun, this being the first phase.
The Board of Directors of Chrometco are happy to update the shareholders with the
following information:
The parties have drilled approximately 3500 metres and opened approximately 20
trenches to enable mine planning for the next phase. The Company will keep
shareholders updated.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
the Company’s securities until the completion of the exploration phases. An
announcement detailing the terms of the definitive agreement will be released in due
course.
