RESIGNATIONS FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised
of the following resignations from the board of directors of
Ububele:
1. Mr John Denis Newton (“John”) has resigned as an independent,
non-executive director with immediate effect; and
2. Mr Willem Johannes Raubenheimer (“Wils”) has resigned as an
independent, non-executive director with immediate effect.
The Ububele board wishes to thank John and Wils for their valued
contributions during their respective tenures as directors of
Ububele.
